Volkswagen apologises for deliberately cheating emissions tests
THE head of the Volkswagen Group - which owns the Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Bentley and Lamborghini brands - has apologised for the company deliberately manipulating emissions figure sin the US.
