The 19-year-old Dubliner made it all the way to former judge Kelly's Rowland's Miami home in 2011, but failed to make the final cut when she named her final three.
Chloe had faced similar disappointment three years previously, when she applied at the tender age of 14, while another appearance in 2012 also ended in failure.

teenager had previously explained that her life had been 'pulled apart'
after coming tantalizingly close to the live shows, adding: 'My dream
had been crushed into a million little pieces.' 'I think I wasn't myself, I feel more confident this year.' she told the judges after returning on Saturday night.
Having claimed that 'coming back for a fourth time, you're really putting yourself out there again,' her performance of Rihanna's Diamonds left the panel stunned.

'That was absolutely brilliant, the best audition of the day by a mile,' raved Gary.
'It was very honest,' said an impressed Nicole.
'When you sing you light up,' agreed Sharon.
But it was Irishman Louis who was clearly the most affected by her audition, and he fought back tears as he offered his assessment.
With a quivering voice he said: 'I know her family need this, I know you need this and I really want it for you. I really, really want you to do well.'
He added: 'I'm saying as very big yes...Melanie this is your time - go for it.'
