By her own standards it was a rather
reserved evening out on Friday when she made an appearance at the Jersey
Boys VIP night in London - despite kicking things off with a raunchy
bum shot on Twitter.
Arriving in St. Albans the following morning, it was an equally low-key outing for Luisa Zissman as she prepared to meet fans at her luxury cake shop, Dixie’s Cupcakery.
The 26-year-old businesswoman – a former Apprentice UK finalist – was on hand to celebrate Mother’s Day by laying on dozens of iced cupcakes during her three hour appearance.
The
shop was conducting a wedding open day with 10% off all offers, and the
marketing ploy – advertised on its popular Twitter and Facebook
accounts – appeared to drum up plenty of interest.
It was also something of a farewell for the store, which will lose its shopfront as the Dixies brand focus on other key areas of the business.
Speaking to MailOnline, Luisa said: 'We are relocating Dixie's Cupcakery and keeping the fruitful parts of the business - weddings, corporate, children's parties etc and loosing the shop front. We will continue to be open on Saturdays though.
'My other businesses are really growing and so I do want to focus more of my time on The Baker Shop and Bakers Toolkit as well as my media commitments.'
