When she was on the live
shows during the X Factor, Lucy Spraggan certainly made a mark not only
with her music, but with her style too. Staying true to herself was
always paramount, and since leaving, she's stuck to her mantra. And here
we think she might be showing us what to expect of her wardrobe come
Summer.
Hawaiian print shirts have, up until recently, been associated with sunburnt Brits abroad (think TV programme Benidorm), but since Prada made the print fashionable, they've been everywhere. Lucy's bright turquoise option is a corker!
We're pretty sure this is a vintage buy, and possibly even a men's shirt, but we do love firstly Lucy's confidence to pull this off, and secondly how she's teamed it with black denim shorts.
They are one of those wardrobe pieces that are so wrong they're right, and now is the time to try out the trend too. We love the palm trees in Lucy's and we also love them in the below Les Prairies de Paris option. And that Topman shirt is a good buy too!
Enjoy experimenting!
