Beyonce and Jay Z 'turn to online marriage counselling' while on joint tour... as cheating rumours continue to circulate

Singer Beyoncé and Jay Z are reportedly having online marriage counselling.

The couple - who are currently on their joint On The Run world tour- are said to be having counselling sessions with a therapist on the Internet via video-chat programme Skype, in order to keep their relationship going strong.

A source told the Daily Mirror: ‘It might sound drastic but in America especially, counselling is fairly standard procedure.

‘They have known their therapist for a long time and try to have weekly sessions just to keep communication open and make sure there are no misunderstandings.’

The couple - who got married in 2008 - having been plagued by rumours of infidelity in recent months, the sessions are said to be about maintaining the happiness in their relationship for the sake of their two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.

The source added to the newspaper: ‘It's about maintenance rather than trying to fix anything hugely wrong. They are both happy and their daughter, Blue Ivy, remains their absolute priority.’

While the couple have not openly addressed any rumoured issues, their actions have been speaking louder than words.

The musical sensations have been particularly amorous during their tour, definitely standing together and strong.

Their open display of affection comes after Lady Marmalade singer Mya emphatically denied rumours that she had an affair with Jay Z.

'Never did, never was, never will,' she told a fan on Instagram who asked about the possible relationship.

The rumours started when a blind item surfaced online, stating that a 'short named' R&B singer was involved in an affair with Jay Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter.

Just two months ago Beyoncé’s sister Solange Knowles was seen attacking Jay in leaked security footage from an elevator as the trio made their way out of a Met Ball after-party in New York.

A statement was later released, saying: ‘At the end of the day families have problems and we're no different. We love each other and above all we are family. We've put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same.’

A spokesperson for Beyonce and Jay Z have been contacted for comment.

A video showing Beyoncé Knowles' sister Solange attacking Jay Z took the internet by storm on Monday.

But the couple surprisingly were not keeping a low profile after news of the fight, which took place last week, broke.

Instead, the singer and rapper went to watch the Brooklyn Nets play Miami Heat at the Barclays Center in New York on Monday evening.

And Beyoncé and Jay Z did their best to seem completely unfazed by the release of the dramatic footage, which was captured on surveillance camera in an elevator at The Standard hotel after the Met Gala, held at New York's Metropolitan Museum Of Art on May 5.

Instead, the pair were laughing and looking carefree as they sat courtside during the basketball game.

Beyoncé, 32, looked glamorous in a denim jumpsuit and black sandals with intricately designed gold heels.

A few days later, the sisters apparently made a getaway to Costa Rica, where they apparently joined Kelly Rowland for her secret wedding.

According to Us Weekly, Kelly's wedding took place on Friday and was a 'quick, simple ceremony - only around 30 people.'

On Thursday, three days after the attack in an elevator at The Standard hotel in New York, Beyoncé and Solange arrived in Costa Rica onboard a private plane around 7:56pm, according to E!.

It comes after it was reported in local paper La Nación that their mother Tina Knowles, Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams and Kelly's fiance Tim Witherspoon were also in Costa Rica, suggesting it was for Kelly and Tim's nuptials, which has now been confirmed by UsWeekly.

Beyoncé did little to quash the rumours as she posted a picture on her Instagram, looking as though she was dressed in a bridesmaid outfit.

In the shocking video, Solange was lashing out wildly at her brother-in-law, 44, with both her arms and her legs, while her sister stood beside them looking curiously impassive.

The seemingly unprovoked attack plays out in footage obtained by TMZ.

Solange can be clearly be seen kicking and swinging violently at Jay Z, the father of her two-year-old niece, Blue Ivy, after the trio step into the elevator.

The clip shows a man who appears to be a bodyguard holding her back, but the 27-year-old still manages to rain blows on Jay Z several times.

The bodyguard can also be seen pushing the emergency stop button in the elevator at the 12th floor, no doubt stop the fight spilling out in front of photographers. 

During the frenzied altercation, Jay Z grabs Solange's stiletto clad foot to block a kick but never attempts to retaliate.

A STATEMENT FROM THE STANDARD HOTEL

While there still has been no word from either Beyonce or Jay Z's representatives, a spokesperson from The Standard Hotel in New York City has made a statement. Following calls regarding the leaked CCTV footage, reps for The Standard Hotel told MailOnline, they were 'shocked and disappointed' in what had been a 'clear breach of our security system'.
They said in a statement: 'We are investigating with the utmost urgency the circumstances surrounding the situation and, as is our customary practice, will discipline and prosecute the individuals involved to our fullest capacity.'

It's not yet known what provoked the fight, however, the famous couple looked as happy as ever as they attended another Brooklyn Nets game on Saturday while Solange played a gig in New York.

Rather tellingly, Jay Z had his arms affectionately around Solange's son who is known as Juelz, now nine, as the family sat courtside.

Beyoncé and Jay Z have remained silent on Twitter following the incident, but Solange rather oddly tweeted on Sunday: 'This might have been top 10 days ever in life.'

It has also been claimed that Solange yelled at Rachel Roy earlier at the after party, held at the Standard's Boom Boom Room, with Us Weekly's source adding that Beyoncé 'got in the middle of it'.

Mary-Kate Olsen hints at plans to make her own bridal gown for wedding to Olivier Sarkozy

Mary-Kate Olsen has hinted she might make her own wedding dress. 

The 27-year-old fashion designer - who previously worked on a bridal gown for a friend with her sister and design partner Ashley - hasn't thought about what to wear for her own big day since getting engaged to Oliver Sarkozy in March, but has toyed with the idea of creating a dress herself. 

She told WWD: 'I'm not even there yet. I think it may be a matter of getting five or six, or making two or three and being stressed out. That seems kind of far away. We'll take one step at a time.'

The Olsen sisters are preparing to open the first standalone shop for their The Row label in their hometown, Los Angeles, after deciding against their adopted city of New York.

Mary-Kate said: 'We've always wanted our own store - it's always been part of the plan.

'It was a toss-up between New York and Los Angeles, and when this space became available, we jumped on it. It used to be a hair salon and my sister and I used to come here, so we were very aware of the space.'

Ashley chimed in: 'We are from here, and The Row started here, so it was all very appropriate.'

Kim & Kanye's Vogue issue 'sells 250,000 copies LESS than expected'

The April issue of the Vogue mag carrying Kim And Kanye's on cover may be the most controversial till date but it is now reported that the controversy isn't pushing sales as much as expected.
According to NyPost

Early estimates were saying the controversy was going to push sales to the 400,000-to-500,000 level, easily outselling the 355,000 copies that Beyoncé sold on newsstands for the March 2013 cover, and also eclipsing the year-ago April cover of Michelle Obama that sold around 269,000.Now, as the “Kimye” issue goes off sale and real numbers begin to trickle in, it looks like actual sales will fall way below early estimates.
“The trends for Kim K. are definitely better than the prior month with Rihanna, to the tune of 20 percent better,” said Josh Gary, vice president at Mag Net Data, who uses scan data from wholesalers that cover about 98 percent of the market.
“I’d argue that if you peg last year’s Michelle Obama at 269,000, this issue will net out around 250,000,”

Eccentric singer Lady Gaga reveals she uses facial TAPE to 'form her eyes'

Lady Gaga uses facelift tape 'every day’ to look younger.’
The 28-year-old singer has admitted she uses the tape to pull the skin around her cheekbones and neck tight in an effort to look more youthful and revealed it is part of her morning ritual.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: ‘When I have my wig cap on and I'm taping my face, it's a sort of meditation for me. Every day, it starts the same way. It's like a mantra.

She said: ‘Looking artificial can be honest. Being glamorous can come from a place of authenticity and a place of love.’
However, plastic surgeon Jeya Prakash has warned the tape could lead to permanent damage.
