The Apprentice star Luisa Zissman builds up a sweat before hitting the town

She demonstrated her work effort when she made the final of the The Apprentice earlier this year, and it looks like Luisa Zissman is still keeping busy now the show is over.

The 26-year-old runner-up packed in a gruelling work-out in a London park on Tuesday before hitting the town for a night out.

Luisa showed off the results of her fitness regime in her skimpy workout gear before swapping to a pretty dress for her evening events.

The cupcake boss proves that she doesn’t over indulge in sweet treats, flaunting an impressively toned stomach during her park work out.

Luisa was spotted in a North London park with her personal trainer Nick Finney who made sure he put the TV star through her paces.
The pretty brunette got stuck into a series of stretches and lunges before breaking into a jog, whilst her fitness expert encouraged her on. At one point though it looked like an exhausted Luisa needed some extra words of encouragement as Nick shouted words to spur her on.

Finney is no stranger to the celebrity world with the likes of Ella Henderson, Plan B and dance act Chase & Status amongst his clients. And his session will no doubt have been centered on a combination of cardio and strength training to ensure the body burns the optimum amount of fat and energy.
And for her training session, Luisa made sure she looked as glamorous as ever, in a pink sports bra and coordinating black leggings which featured a wide pink waistband for her morning session.
Despite her physical activities, the glam star couldn’t forgo her cosmetics, as she stretched out in a  full face of make-up.

A few hours later and Luisa had swapped her fitness gear for a figure flattering look for the London premier of new horror film You’re Next.

The mum-of-one looked gorgeous in her pale pink top and blue skirt with the ensemble featuring a nipped in waistline and plunging v-neck to flaunt her hourglass figure.

The star finished her look with natural loose hair and her favourite pair of nude Louboutins.

Luisa looked like she’d had a great night, as she was spotted giggling to herself and looking a little lost as she wandered around Soho after the screening.

Luisa has been enjoying her new found fame in recent weeks, as she was spotted on another wild night out the evening before.

The TV star was caught in a compromising position with Moshi Monsters millionaire Michael Acton Smith during a night out in the West End.

Luisa met the 39-year-old, who is worth £240 million, when he appeared on the Apprentice; You’re Fired finale earlier this year.

Following reports of the pair getting close at the show’s wrap party, Luisa and Michael were spotted in a back of a cab together on Monday night, after dining at Nobu restaurant together.
Luisa was pictured straddling the businessman before realising they had been spotted, with the Apprentice star quickly hiding behind her handbag.

Onlookers claimed to The Sun that ‘Luisa was flirting like mad and he looked like the cat that had got the cream.’
A spokesman for Michael, who is believed to be dating IT entrepreneur Kathryn Parsons, insisted to The Sun that he is ‘not involved with her’, adding that ‘they were sharing a cab.’

Meanwhile Luisa herself is said to have told the paper that she and Michael were simply ‘relaxing.’
