Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden wear contrasting shades of the same colour with VERY different results on Britain's Got Talent semi-final

Given that they sit next to each other on a regular basis, you'd think that Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden would work out a style rota.

But, clearly - judging by Tuesday's Britain's Got Talent - that's not the case.

Both women wore green dresses, but to very different effect, as the competition gradually reaches fever pitch over several nights, this week.

Alesha looked young and playful as she sported an emerald green skirted dress with a black, sheer top and fringed chest detail, while Amanda opted for a much lighter hue.

She accessorised with some matching strappy shoes and a gold bracelet.

Her hair was kept straight and loose in a casually glamorous approach to the night.
