Ellie Goulding has been very vocal about how she dresses in the past, saying she doesn't feel the need to wear skimpy stage outfits in order to sell records. Obviously, she's quite right, but when it comes to featuring on the pages of a magazine, it's the clothes that do all the talking.
The pop princess looked stunning in this photoshoot for Cosmopolitan, wearing designer dresses by Gucci, Blumarine, Stella McCartney and Elizabeth and James. Of course, our magpie eye was also drawn to the jewellery she was wearing by the likes of Hearts on Fire, Carolina Bucci, Simon G and Sutra. But ever the footwear fanatics, it was her feet we were focused on.
Her shoes are the so-called Olympia style by Gucci and we love the gladiatorial glamour they evoke. They add a tough edge to her floaty dresses are very Ellie.
