hysteria, but for Harry Styles Thursday night proved to be a low-key
affair as he made a discreet exit from a local hotel and restaurant with
actress Gemma Chan.
The
20-year-old singer looked walked ahead of his Oxford educated companion
following a friend's birthday celebration at The Chiltern Firehouse.
Sporting one of his favourite bandanas, Harry made his way into a waiting car after slipping through one of the recently opened venue’s exits with Gemma, 31
, who appeared to be without her long-term boyfriend, foppish comedian Jack Whitehall.
The actress, best known for her role as Charlotte in Secret Diary Of A Call Girl and, more recently, as Ruth in Channel 4 comedy Fresh Meat – which also stars Whitehall – looked smart in a blue evening dress and cropped jacket as she followed the hit-maker into their waiting car.
With Harry taking the front passenger seat, Gemma quietly sat in the rear as they pulled away from the kerb and disappeared into the night.
The One Direction star is understood to be close friends with Jack and Gemma, with whom he featured in an Instagram shot, added to his account last September, in which they are seen playfully digging into a shared plate of spaghetti.
