Starting the party early! Chelsee Healey power dresses to impress in '80s-inspired outfit as she celebrates her 25th

She doesn't turn 25 until Tuesday, but Chelsee Healey was certainly in the mood to get the party started early this weekend.
The Waterloo Road actress shunned her usual flesh-flashing bandage dresses for an '80s inspired structured dress with huge shoulderpads as she dined out in Manchester on Saturday night.
Accompanied by two blonde friends, Chelsee showed off her curves in the fitted white number as she arrived at her favourite eaterie, Rosso restaurant.

She tweeted: '@RossoRestaurant ohhh thankyou for looking after us! Amazing restaurant amazing food, and the vodka and champagne is amazing too xxx.'
Earlier on Saturday, Chelsee made a quick trip to Liverpool to pick up the dress in question from a store in the city.
Chelsee recently said she would be calming down her partying after being the victim of an unprovoked attack in a London nightclub two weeks go.

The Strictly Come Dancing star was left shaken after a female clubber punched her in the face in the early hours of July 24 at DSTRKT nightclub.
Following the attack, Chelsee was pictured in tears outside the venue as she talked to police.
In an interview with the Sunday People, she said: 'I had popped outside to get some air and this random girl came out of nowhere and just punched me in the side of my face.
'She properly decked me but I was too stunned to even go after her.'

Although Chelsee managed to escape a serious injury, she said she was nervous about going out clubbing again.
She added: 'It’s always in the back of my head there are people out there who want to cause trouble because I’m in the public eye.
'It puts me off going out. I’m going to be staying in for a while now.'
The attack came just a few days after Chelsee returned to the UK following a week of partying in Ibiza with BFF Tulisa.
