Restaurant review: Sophisticated yet simple – The Simone, Manhatten

MY daughter-in-law comes from North Carolina, and, as I am very impressed by her, so I was very pleased to be asked to dine at a small, quiet, lovely restaurant in New York at 151 East 82nd St where the chef is from North Carolina.
