She demonstrated her work effort when she made the final of the The Apprentice earlier this year, and it looks like Luisa Zissman is still keeping busy now the show is over.

The 26-year-old runner-up packed in a gruelling work-out in a London park on Tuesday before hitting the town for a night out.

Luisa showed off the results of her fitness regime in her skimpy workout gear before swapping to a pretty dress for her evening events.

Luisa was spotted in a North London park with her personal trainer Nick Finney who made sure he put the TV star through her paces.
The pretty brunette got stuck into a series of stretches and lunges before breaking into a jog, whilst her fitness expert encouraged her on. At one point though it looked like an exhausted Luisa needed some extra words of encouragement as Nick shouted words to spur her on.

And for her training session, Luisa made sure she looked as glamorous as ever, in a pink sports bra and coordinating black leggings which featured a wide pink waistband for her morning session.
Despite her physical activities, the glam star couldn’t forgo her cosmetics, as she stretched out in a  full face of make-up.

David confides in barmaid Tina after she discovers that it was him who put Nick in a coma, and goes about trying to secretly order a DNA test.

The snap was saved and shared by a number of her 1m-plus followers before it was deleted six seconds after it appeared.
But she denied being the unidentified woman in the picture and blamed a pal for hacking her account.

Real Housewives' Teresa Giudice and husband Joe arrive hand-in-hand at court as pair plead not guilty in financial fraud case

She and her husband Joe Giudice face up to 50 years in prison for financial fraud.
But Teresa Giudice made sure they put up a united front on Wednesday.
The 41-year-old Real Housewives Of New Jersey star looked sleek in a suit as she arrived at court hand-in-hand with her partner before pleading not guilty to a host of federal fraud charges.

The pair made their pleas in U.S. District Court after passing through a gauntlet of news media outside the courthouse. Neither spoke during the five-minute court proceeding, and their pleas were entered by their respective attorneys.

U.S. District Judge Esther Salas set a trial date of October 8.

The Giudices were charged last month in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud.

The couple filed for bankruptcy in 2009, claiming they owed $11 million, including $2.2 million in mortgages, $13,000 to Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, and nearly $12,000 to a fertility clinic.

Joe Giudice also is facing charges in Passaic County that he used his brother's identity to obtain a driver's license, presenting his marriage and birth certificates. He rejected a plea deal in April through his lawyer, Miles Feinstein.

Wow, it’s hot! I'm a glass-half-full sort of girl and try to see the good in any situation.
Yes, it's been hot and humid for the last few weeks. And, yes, it can get grimy during summer in the city (even in Chelsea!) but I prefer to look on the bright side and think hot days and nights mean hot fun..

But there is one side of this humid weather that's been getting me down. My make-up keeps sliding off! I'll start the day looking picture-perfect, but when I get home my face is shiny, my mascara has smudged around my eyes, and my lipstick has disappeared!

How To Bulletproof Your Makeup

Step 1: Perfect Prepping

Start with a fresh, clean face. Avoid too much moisturiser as this can eat away at your make-up during the day; just lightly blend Daniel Sandler Retexturizing Face Primer all over your face.
This is the most important part of the process to ensure your make-up stays put through the day, as the primer will lock your cosmetics in place and also help smooth out fine lines. Next blend Stila's Prime Pot lid primer across the eyelids to form a long-lasting base for eyeshadow.

Step 6: The Final Fixer
