The former Shameless star added that her 21-week scan this week showed that their daughter is healthy.
Earlier this week, Tina was seen posing up with husband Paul outside the ITV studios as they made an appearance together on This Morning.
Tina and Paul – who is 19-years her junior – originally announced their plans to begin IVF treatment in February.
‘I’ve worked long, long hours for a long time on Shameless and now I want to give time to my husband and having a baby – it’s a really exciting time for us,’ she said of her IVF earlier this year.

Tina finally broke the news of her pregnancy during a guest appearance on This Morning in May.
The actress was originally expecting twins, but she was left heartbroken when an ultrasound scan revealed that one of her babies was healthy, while the other had died.
Tina – who married personal trainer Paul in 2010 – is already a mother to 30-year-old daughter Danielle Malone, a former actress in teen soap Hollyoaks.

'Please Let Me See My Grandson Before I die' Adele's cancer-stricken estranged father begs

Adele's estranged father has begged for a change to see his grandson.
Mark Evans, 51, who walked out on the singer when she was a child, is battling bowel cancer and fears he may never see his 10-month-old grandson Angelo James.
'I still haven't met Angelo and I'm facing the fact I may never do,' Mark told The Sun. 'It could be over for me before I get to make my peace with Adele.'
Last ditch attempt: Adele's father Mark Evans is pleading with the singer to let him see his grandson before he dies
Last ditch attempt: Adele's father Mark Evans is pleading with the singer to let him see his grandson before he dies

Mark has had tumours removed from his colon and stomach after doctors found 11 potentially deadly growths and he is currently awaiting tests to see if the cancer has stopped spreading.

Plea: Mark Evans said he wants to get to know his grandson before it's too late
Plea: Adele's father Mark Evans has apologised and said he wants to get to know his grandson Angelo James before it's too late, and is currently battling bowel cancer
The singer, who is worth an estimated £35 million, stopped talking to her Evans two years ago after he gave an interview about their past, and allegedly said she would spit in his face if she saw him again.
Mark walked out on Adele's mother Penny Adkins and his three-year-old daughter in 1991, leaving Penny, 44, to bring up Adele alone in her London flat.
He was constantly drinking in Adele's younger years to numb the pain of his dad, John's death from bowel cancer aged 57-year-old in 1999.
He admitted he was a terrible father and not there when Adele needed him.
They did, however, remain close for Adele's younger years, often spending school holidays with him in Wales.
He said that she forgave him for his drinking and neglect, but the pair fell out at Christmas 2011 after he gave an interview about the family's past.
Adele didn't tell her dad she was pregnant with Angelo, whose father is Simon Konecki, the singer's partner and a charity worker.
Mark aledges he has never given up trying to make contact with Adele - writing letters to her every month and calling her managers once a fortnight but worries he has hit a brick wall and now feels ostracised.
He added: 'The years are going by and I'm worried I'm not going to see my grandson and do the things with him that I did when Adele was a child.'
Mark had his cancer operation in May last year after being diagnosed six weeks earlier, and hopes there are no more growths when he gets his new scans back.

He is now living healthily at his home in South Wales, but knows that the best remedy would be to see Adele and his grandson.

Despite everything Mark said he is proud of her success after winning a Golden Globe and Best Original Song Oscar for James Bong theme tune Skyfall.
He watched the night on the telly and said he got particularly excited when she high-fived Daniel Craig.
Mark is now in a new relationship and said he is not out to reconnect with Adele for money.
But he did claim credit for her love of music, because Mark himself had dreams of singing and acting which were passed on to Adele.

Jade Richards made it third time lucky on Saturday night when she stunned the X Factor judging panel with a moving rendition of Bruno Mars hit When I Was Your Man.
Having made it all the way to Kelly Rowland's Miami home during the judges house's stage of the competition in 2011, she was left bitterly disappointed when she wasn't selected for the live shows.

'Happier than ever' Simon Cowell steps out with ex-fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy... as it's revealed his baby with Lauren Silverman will be 'born in the UK'

He might be having a baby with socialite Lauren Silverman, but Simon Cowell's former flames are still very much in his life.
The music mogul's ex-fiancé Mezhgan Hussainy, who still works as his make-up artist, accompanied him to a taping session of The X Factor USA on Saturday, as news emerged that his child is set to be born in the UK.
Although 36-year-old socialite Lauren is American and lives in New York, the pair have agreed it is best for the baby to be born in Simon's native country because it fits in with his Britain's Got Talent filming schedule.

An insider told the Sunday People newspaper: 'He is thrilled that the baby will be born in England. He and Lauren have taken the decision based on what is best for the baby and they've chosen the UK.
'Because Simon has to be in the UK for BGT at the time, it is the only option. He wants to be at Lauren's side when she gives birth and wants to be with his son after he's born.'
The 53-year-old star also opened up on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in an interview to air on Tuesday and admitted news of Lauren's pregnancy was a 'shocker'.

He said: 'That was a bit of a shocker. When you first get the call, it's like, OK, put the phone down, gulp. And then I got used to the idea.'
Referring to the fact that Lauren was still married to husband Andrew when news of her pregnancy broke, Simon added: 'It was kind of uncomfortable, you know, the situation. But these things happen and everything i kind of calm now and I'm happy. I'm actually happier than I've ever been. Everything's fine now and Lauren's adorable.'
He also used the opportunity as a chance to hit back at disparaging rumours about his baby mama, Lauren - insisting she's not a gold-digger.
He said: 'I obviously can’t blame the media - it was kind of what I call a juicy story. But there was a lot of stuff that was said about her: that she trapped me and that she’s a gold-digger.
'It's absolute nonsense. She’s a great girl but, like I said, it was awkward because of the circumstances.'
In the hot seat! In an interview that airs on Tuesday, Simon Cowell sat down with Elle Degeneres, who relentlessly hounded him on the sex of his baby with girlfriend Lauren Silverman

Cowell also refused to confirm the gender of his baby, despite reports that he and Lauren are expecting a little boy.
'And it’s a boy?' Ellen asked him, to which Simon replied: 'You’ll have to wait and see.'
He then added: 'Well, there are a lot of boys in my family so the odds are...'
Meanwhile, it has emerged that Lauren and Simon are now in the middle of planning a £1.27million interview deal with Oprah Winfrey.
The pair are said to be 'seriously considering' a two-hour interview special on Oprah's OWN network, with the Sunday Express suggesting the show would air during the third season of The X Factor USA, which premieres on Wednesday.
If the interview goes ahead the couple are set to receive a reported £1.27million fee - which is remarkably close to the amount of money Lauren lost out on during her divorce battle with Andrew.

According to reports, the judge awarded Lauren with only half of the money she had been expecting through her prenuptial agreement, in exchange for her retaining full custody of her and Andrew's seven-year-old son Adam.
A source said of the reported Oprah deal: 'Simon wants Lauren to keep every penny they make from any interviews. It’s his pretty neat way of making sure she gets the cash she felt she was entitled to from her marriage.'
Meanwhile, Simon continued to receive more well-wishes from his celebrity pals as he appeared on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Friday.

'I've known you what, 12 or 15 years? I never thought I'd say this: congratulations! You're going to be a dad! That's amazing!' veteran talkshow host Leno gushed.

'Am I? Yeah, that was a bit of a shocker. When you first get the call, it's like, OK, put the phone down, gulp. And then I got used to the idea. The circumstances were a bit awkward...' Simon said as he pulled an hilarious facial expression that summed up the awkwardness perfectly.
Fellow guest, comedian Adam Carolla, couldn't resist giving the notorious lothario a bit of a dig, though it was all in good spirits and the 53-year-old enjoyed a good laugh at his own expense.

'The revolving door of hot stepmoms coming through... Oh what a life!' Adam teased the father-to-be.

Still remaining coy on whether baby Cowell is a boy or girl, the star would only confirm that it's, 'One of the two.'

'Gimme a clue: does it have testicles?' Jay pressed.
'That would kind of be giving it away,' the Brit replied, to which the host was quick to respond, 'Well not in LA!'

While he managed not to spill the closely-guarded secret, Cowell admitted, 'I do know what it is,' before talking about his hopes for his offspring.

'If it's a boy, I kind of hope he turns out like me as I was older, not when I was child - cause when I was a child I was obnoxious,' he laughed.
