It there was one thing trending on Twitter this weekend, it was the wedding of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

And the newlyweds, their family and friends certainly helped the build up to the big day in Florence, Italy, on Saturday via their various social media pages.

With various pictures posted over the three-day wedding weekend, the world got to take a glimpse inside the most high-profile wedding of the year.

Though Kim and Kanye have yet post any official marriage photos of themselves, Balmain head designer Olivier Rousteing did share a picture of the couple at the reception on his Instagram.

Kim had clearly changed out of her Givenchy Haute Couture wedding dress into a pearly number which may we have been designer by Olvier, as it does resembled the minidress she wore a few days early on her hen night.

The black and white snap is a photo of an instant photo that was taking at the wedding, as it seems Kim and Kanye had organised for a photo booth to be installed at Forte di Belvedere.

SEVEN tiers: The enormous cake enjoyed by guests was crafted by Galeto

After the ceremony the guests broke bread together sitting family style on a 70-metre-long marble banquet table - a gift from master craftsman Gualtiero Vannelli who used marble from the Tuscan quarry in Carrara, according to Us Weekly.

They feasted on traditional Italian food with an 'innovative' twist, with a menu that included chicken, salmon, steak, tortelloni, strawberry gelato and both rose and gold Armand de Brignac champagne.

The food was color-coordinated with pink being the theme. And the meal culminated with a towering seven-foot wedding cake of white sponge and white icing with fruit layers, reports People.com.

The cake itself was revealed in an Instagram photo uploaded by guest Franca Sozzani, who apparently intended to merely share a photo of herself with the mother of the bride.

But it was impossible to miss the large cake in the background.

During the ceremony famed Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli serenaded Kim and Kanye with several of his songs, including Con te Partiro.

Kendall Jenner shared a dinner table selfie in which she declared that she had 'superpowers', on account of a ray of light that happened to catch the lens.

The photo gave a glimpse of the wedding party table, which was lined with white cloth and champagne glasses against an Italian sunset backdrop.

Khloe Kardashian cut a lonely figure in an Instagram photo she shared on Sunday, in which she stood and observed the view over picturesque Florence where her sister got married for the third time.

It was surely a reflective moment for the 29-year-old reality star, who is currently estranged from her NBA player husband Lamar Odom.

'E vissero felici e contenti...' the reality star wrote in a caption alongside the image, which is Italian for 'and they lived happily ever after.'

Earlier in the day, the family enjoyed a luncheon at Valentino's Château de Wideville, a stately castle located in Davron (30 minutes outside Paris).

Sunday morning marked the end of Kimye's wedding celebrations, as their friends and family headed out of Florence and Paris.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun he claims he had sex with the 49-year-old at least 25 times, often in the back of her car, before they were caught in the act during a sunshine break in Cape Verde.

Kieran admits initially played down the incident in Cape Verde as a drunken fumble, but was soon caught out when his furious wife – currently pregnant with their second child – employed the services of a lie detector analyst from The Jeremy Kyle Show when they returned to the UK.

‘I promised Katie I would do a lie detector test,’ he told The Sun’s Sharon Hendry. ‘It felt like being on death row in the electric chair.'

Kieran was wired up to the machine with two wrist straps, finger cuffs and a heat sensor – placed strategically under his bottom – before being asked a series of pre-drafted questions from Katie.

With his body signals letting him down, the strapping builder eventually confessed that Jane had groped him while they were lounging together – but denied having full sex with the former British Airways hostess.

But Kieran admits suspicious Katie wasn’t satisfied and, with the prompting of a counsellor brought in by his wife, decided to confess.

An ITV spokesperson has since revealed that any lie detector test would have been conducted away from Jeremy Kyle's Manchester based talk show, telling MailOnline: 'The Jeremy Kyle show use an external company to conduct our lie detector  tests. The test would have been conducted independently from the TV show.'

Throughout their Cape Verde getaway Katie shared a number of pictures of herself and Kieran enjoying some quality time with their children.

It was their first holiday with baby Jett and Katie even uploaded a snap of herself with her little one.

She told her followers: ‘First family holiday with baby Jett LOVING it here the weather so good to Cape Verde all the way'.

Katie posted another snap in which she reveals her pert derriere, complete with white tan lines, writing: 'Tanning my a*** off in Cape Verde'.

The media personality previously revealed in her column in Now magazine that she was planning a break, writing: ‘ As you read this, I’ll be sunning myself on our family holiday.

Katie befriended Jane more than 20-years ago following an introduction from her former pal’s husband, businessman Derek Pountney.

Kieran, who says being bullied at school ‘triggered’ his recent infidelity, is now sleeping in the spare room of the sprawling home he shares with Katie while considering treatment as a means of repairing their damaged relationship.

Ultimo model Abbey Clancy 'clashes' with lingerie boss Michelle Mone after posing in underwear for other company

British model Abbey Clancy may have been the winner of Strictly Come Dancing, but the WAG is strictly in trouble with lingerie boss Michelle Mone.

The two have reportedly become embroiled in a cat fight dubbed 'bra wars' after the Liverpudlian posed in her underwear for brands Veet and Scholl.

As a result, she is no longer the face and body of Ultimo - the firm Michelle owns.

Bra wars: Abbey Clancey's contract with Ultimo has ended because of a reported bust up with CEO Michelle MoneAccording to The Sun's Dan Wootton, it has sparked bad blood between the women.

  

On Monday morning, Michelle tweeted: 'Re:today's reports,unfortunately we had exclusivity issue with Abbey's mgmt, she's a great girl. We look forward to releasing her last campaign.'

A source said: 'It has all kicked off between Michelle and Abbey and we're calling it bra wars. Abbey is only two-thirds of the way through her contract, but it is clear the relationship between them has completely broken down.

'Michelle was unhappy about the picture of Abbey in her knickers for Veet. But Abbey is adamant she's done nothing wrong.'

Representatives for both women said: 'Each party have decided to to terminate the contract due to creative differences.'

Abbey first became an ambassador for the brand in December 2013, when she replaced Michael Buble's wife Luisana Lopilato.

It is a considerable change of tune for Mone, founder of Ultimo, who recently praised Abbey for her work on the latest campaign.

She is the latest in a long line of glamorous women to have appeared in Ultimo campaigns, with predecessors including Mel B, Penny Lancaster, Sarah Harding and Rachel Hunter.
Michelle previously dropped Kelly Brook as the face of Ultimo in 2010, just six months into a two year contract when the model revealed plans to strip for Playboy.
At the time, the Scots businesswoman tweeted: 'Ultimo are looking for new Face&Body to take over from Kelly Brook.
'Her two-year contract lasted six months. We wish her all the best with Playboy.'

Manchester City star Samir Nasri fined and has £100k car towed after star illegally parked Porsche

Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has been hit with a £170 fine and has had his car impounded for causing a 'severe parking obstruction'.

The Frenchman will be required to turn up in person to collect the white Porsche Panamera from the council's depot in Ardwick to the east of the city, according to the Manchester Evening News.

This could take a while though, as Nasri is currently on holiday with girlfriend Anara Atanes after being excluded from France manager DIdier Deschamps' World Cup squad.

An insider said that in order to have been towed the parking must have been 'particularly bad' although it is not known where the car was when it was found.

Nasri, 26, was issued with a six month driving ban in April 2013 following three separate incidents of speeding back in 2011.

The former Arsenal star was then involved in a two year battle with the police, which the City midfielder eventually lost.

Emile Heskey marries his long-time WAG Chantelle Tagoe in Australia

Former Liverpool, Leicester and England striker Emile Heskey has married his fiancee Chantelle Tagoe.

His Liverpudlian bride, one of the original WAGs who last year coached a wives-and-girlfriends football team for a charity match, posted the several pictures of the ceremony on her Instagram account.

Heskey, 36, is now playing for Australian A-League side the Newcastle Jets.

The striker played for England for more than 10 years, making 62 appearances in which he scored just seven goals.

His finest hour in an England shirt was when he scored in the 5-1 mauling of Germany in Munich.

Heskey started his career at Leicester City before moving to Liverpool, playing more 400 times for the two clubs in total.

After leaving Anfield Heskey spent time with Birmingham City, Wigan Athletic and Aston Villa before eventually moving to Australia. 

He has been derided, sometimes unfairly, throughout his career for his lack of prowess in front of goal and sometimes heavy touch and clumsy demeanour.

However, he was an integral part of the England squad - despite his meagre goal return - and won a cup treble with Liverpool in 2001.
