Cannes Film Festival turn away AMPUTEE for wearing flat shoes after high heel policy

AN AMPUTEE was turned away from her own movie's premiere at the Cannes Film Festival because she was wearing flat shoes.

For the past two months we've been bombarded with pictures of this suede skirt. Every fashion journalist in the UK has more or less been salivating over this beauty since it was first spotted on Olivia Palermo last fashion week.
