Things you need: A Trench Coat
I bought this classic beige mac when I was in Japan last year believe it or not, I can't remember how much it cost or the name of the shop but it's one of my favourite wardrobe pieces. I've been on a seemingly never ending search for a beige and I even pondered getting a Burberry Trench - although, tbh I might still get one! I need to get my butt over to Bicester Village!
Im a believer that everyone needs one of these in their wardrobe. Mixing an old school trench coat even more modern, chic basics really ups the sartorial style factor. Trench coats come back every single season and never seem to go out of fashion. A timeless piece that we never seem to tire of. Definitely make it a key piece in your wardrobe, especially if you crave sophistication and elegance with a air of unpretentiousness. A trench coat is versatile too as you can wear it over casual outfit for everyday occasion or in the evening over elegant dress. It's a good all rounder and an absolute must in my opinion!
Camel coats look awesome looks paired with a all black outfit. It's chic, simple and effortless and incorporating the black and white stripes justs adds a very Lily nod to my look at the same time. Im obsessed with these little shoes from ASOS too. Plain black brogues have always been a staple in my wardrobe but there is something about these ones that seem to barely leave my feet! As I've been really into flat shoes for a while now and after a seemingly never ending stream of trainers and whatnot these have firmly settled as being my current favourites.

Ladies of leap year, are you ready to propose to your other half? We have the ring...
A couple of months ago I got a call, from a friend. She said, "Emily, I have a rather interesting proposition for you as a friend. Feel like proposing?" Well, now dear reader, the truth is I am commitment phobe of the worst kind when it comes to decisions like this. Thank goodness I'm the lady and don't have to be to be tasked with asking such monumental questions such as "will you marry me?" Only this year, well, this year is different. 2016 is a leap year. This is the year when, traditionally, the ladies hold the cards. And I have the great opportunity of seeking out some ladies who might like a little assistance in this area. So, what's the deal? You want to propose? How about getting a little help with the ring?
Here's the deal. TRESemmé, yes the hair brand we all know and love have taken on the task of helping five women (maybe you?) propose this year - with the ring and all. And the ring (pictured above) isn't just any engagement ring. This has been developed with some thought involving the jewellers Comfort Station. The inside of the ring will be engraved with the latitude and longitude of your choosing - perhaps the space where you choose to propose? And in place of the traditional diamond in an engagement ring, you will instead find that an "x" marks the spot - translate that as you will.
It's all in honour of the launch of TRESemmé's new hair system where everything is in reverse. Ever heard of the concept of conditioning first and shampooing second? Well, if you're a fan of some great full bodied hair, you're going to want to get on board with this pretty quick with TRESemmé's Beauty-Full Volume Range. As most of you already know, conditioner has the ability to sometimes weigh the hair down after washing and leaving style flat and lifeless. This new range is truly a life changer. It gives you the tools to condition first and then wash away the weight with shampoo that will give your hair some beautiful bounce. Nice, right?
So, would you propose to your other half? If so get in touch here reversetheroutine@gmail. com to discretely request a ring.
All the details, officially, can be found below. But, let me just say this... I want all the official details from you if you end up being a leap year marriage story!!!!
