The Best Red Velvet Cupcake in London

Ladies and gents, the red velvet cupcake of your dreams has arrived in London. Now, it must be said that I was invited to the soft launch of Parcafe at The Dorchester with a view of trying out the coffee. I did just that, don't get me wrong. The coffee was superior quality and the selection on offer was just as impressive. There were handsome men behind the machines, who were creating the caffeine fix (while wearing aprons I absolutely adore and want for myself), and plenty of food on view to kick up any individual's appetite. But, there was one sensational sweet that had me planning a weekly visit for the foreseeable future.... the red velvet cupcake. You might as well dedicate a seat in this cafe to me now, Dorchester, as I'll be visiting for every special occasion in my life. To celebrate now means to eat a Red Velvet Cupcake at The Dorchester Parcafe.

Now a few details for housekeeping. This isn't a massive cafe. It's perfectly pint sized to create a cozy atmosphere you drop in and out of for your coffee in the morning, afternoon and evening. But, for those wanting to stick around a while and work - there are charging stations at the window seats overlooking Park Lane and free wifi to help you complete your "work." Honestly, how anyone can work in here is beyond me. All I'll want to do is stuff my face with Red Velvet Cupcakes. Ok, yes, I clearly have issues!

Parcafe is now open to the general public and is located next to The Dorchester Ballroom on Park Lane. You can't miss it... and you won't want to!
