She sings about her heavenly lover in her hit song Halo.

But Beyonce was the one who was heaven sent on Halloween night.

Beyonce is currently on the Australian leg of her Mrs Carter Show World Tour.

Earlier in the day, she uploaded a touching Instagram snap of her cradling daughter Blue Ivy.

The picture shows the pair from behind, and the 22-month-old looked to be dressed like a caterpillar.

The star is clearly enjoying the Down Under leg of her tour, recently trying her hand at freefall jumping in New Zealand, performing two jumps from a 1,076 feet tall tower.

A source told the New Zealand publication the Herald On Sunday: 'She got changed into the bungee clothes out the back somewhere and was taken straight up in a service elevator.

'It was difficult to see her when she came down because she had so many bodyguards with her.

'It was all over very quickly and bosses kept it quiet from everyone because they didn't want word getting out and risk huge crowds turning up to watch.'
