But Cara Delevingne decided that instead of kicking back and enjoying the delights of her £300,000 super-yacht, she would throw herself into a range of high-octane activities.
The 20-year-old model was kicking back on board a lavish vessel with her new showbiz bestie, Rihanna, which the pair are believed to have hired for two weeks as part of a lavish half a million pound holiday.
Rather than soak up the sun on the
luxury boat and allowing her minions to cater to her every whim, the
fun-loving starlet decided a spot of playtime was well and truly in
order.
Showing off her playful side in a fun eye-print string bikini, the British beauty joined the Diamonds hitmaker as they whizzed around the Riviera on huge rubber rings.
Grinning with delight as they zipped through the air, the pair looked like any other 20-somethings enjoying themselves on a girlie holiday, rather than two of the world's most-famous women.
And
the larks continued when back on-board their lavish yacht, with Cara
boogying up a storm alongside a mystery man, who she later gave a
playful slap on the bottom.
The model of the moment looked the picture of happiness as she danced under an outdoor shower, before posing for pictures alongside her pals.
While Cara opted for playful beach attire, Rihanna chose a sexier swimsuit, showing off her incredible figure in a plunging black one-piece as she soaked up the sun in the South of France.
The two girls have become firm friends in the past few months after first partying together at London Fashion Week in March.
And it could be that Cara has a 'wifey'-shaped hole in her life of late following her reported fall-out with former BFF and Rihanna doppelganger, Rita Ora.
It's claimed the pair had words following an embarrassing incident where Cara crashed the stage during Rita's performance at a DKNY fashion party last month.

pair, who were so close that they used to call each other 'wifey',
