Annie Lennox wins praise from Adele and Elton John at Music Industry Trust Award

All eyes were on singer, Annie Lennox on Monday night when she attended the 22nd Music Industry Trust Award at the Grosvenor Hotel in London. The former Eurythmics star was honoured in recognition of her outstanding contribution to British music and her charity work at the event which was hosted by BBC Radio 2 presenter, Jo Whiley. One Direction return to London after wrapping up their sell-out world tour

They've just completed a worldwide sell-out tour but even boy band, One Direction seemed surprised by the homecoming they received when they touched down at London's Heathrow airport on Monday. The boys flew home from Tokyo where they wrapped up months of global shows for their Take Me Home 2013 tour and no doubt they were pleased to get back home to see their families.
