And fortunately for Kelly Brook her fiancé, David McIntosh, just so happens to be a bit of a gym fan, who seems more than happy to whip her into shape.
The coupe were seen heading to the gym for yet another session on Wednesday in Los Angeles and David spelled out their message loud and clear – wearing a T-shirt with the words Team Lean.
Kelly, 34, looked remarkably upbeat about her impending gym session and as has become the norm since announcing her engagement – she grinned broadly.
The model, who is known for not being shy about showing off her figure, kept her work-out attire simple, picking black leggings and a grey vest top.
David meanwhile, who was known as Tornado during his time on TV show Gladiators, was more happy to show off his bulging biceps in the blue vest top.
