Kerry Katona broke down in tears as she relived the terrifying moments she and daughter Dylan-Jorge Rose almost died in labour.

Fighting back tears, the former Atomic Kitten singer told ITV's This Morning how an epidural sent her body into 'some kind of weird out-of-body experience' and left her daughter struggling to breathe.

Cradling the one-month-old baby in her arms as she sat beside fiance George Kay, Kerry, 33, said: 'They put her on my chest and something just didn't feel right... the baby's not breathing, so they took her off me.

'A crash team came and took her off me and she completely died,' the teary singer explained.

The star revealed how her newborn was revived by emergency doctors while she suffered post birth complications.

'I started contracting on the Thursday evening and was really excited... my waters went, had fun with the gas and air... it was really bonding for us both - and then I decided to have an epidural.'

She told hosts Christine Bleakley and Holly Willoughby: 'It was like I passed out but I know I passed out. I could still hear everyone else talking and I really wish I hadn't had the epidural.'

How big brand shops and restaurants sell ritually slaughtered meat - but don't label it

Supermarkets and restaurant chains are selling halal meat to millions of customers without telling them.
The switch to slaughtering animals in line with Islamic ritual saves money because the end product can be eaten by Muslims and non-Muslims alike.
More than 70 per cent of all New Zealand lamb in supermarkets is from halal abattoirs – a fact not stated on labelling. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer all confirmed yesterday they sell the imported meat.

It also emerged that all chicken served by Pizza Express is halal – something made clear only on the company's website.
Chains including Domino's, GBK, Nando's, KFC, Ask and Slug & Lettuce use halal meat in some dishes, mainly chicken, and locations.
When contacted by the Mail yesterday, many of the restaurants were reluctant to discuss the issue. Only Subway and KFC overtly label halal meat products on their menus.
Other chains directed us towards their websites where information was included but hard to find. Subway has removed ham and bacon from almost 200 fast food outlets and switched to halal alternatives in an attempt to woo Muslim customers.
In conventional slaughterhouses, cows, sheep and chicken are stunned, usually with an electric shock, to ensure they are unconscious before their throats are cut.
This minimises suffering but in most Muslim countries halal animals are not stunned.

This technique has been condemned as cruel by experts on the Farm Animal Welfare Council, the Humane Slaughter Association and the Federation of Veterinarians of Europe. Muslim religious leaders have responded to these concerns by allowing halal animals to be stunned before they are killed.

However 19 per cent of halal sheep are not pre-stunned along with 16 per cent of cattle and 12 per cent of poultry. Jewish religious authorities deny cruelty and refuse to allow pre-stunning for kosher food.
The British Retail Consortium, which represents supermarkets, claims there is no need to label meat such as New Zealand lamb as halal if it comes from animals that are pre-stunned.

Andrew Opie, its director of food, said: 'As the overwhelming majority of meat sold in UK supermarkets is own brand and from animals that have been stunned prior to slaughter we do not see the requirement to separately label meat based on the method of slaughter.
'However, if the Government believes there is a need for more information on meat for those animals that have not been pre-stunned we would be happy to have further discussion in the context of animal welfare.'
But Peter Stevenson, of Compassion in World Farming, said: 'We don't believe that religious freedom should extend to the point of causing unnecessary suffering.
'If you are going to have an exemption to normal rules for religious slaughter, then we believe that meat should be labelled when it gets into the wider food chain.'
The British Veterinary Association and the RSPCA want a new labelling system to spell out whether an animal has been stunned or not.
They have set up an ePetition on the Government's website in the hope of getting 100,000 signatures to ensure a debate in Parliament.

So it's not too much of a shock that singer Pink could be expecting her second child. On Wednesday OK! reported the 34-year-old singer was pregnant again with husband Carey Hart.

Pregnant Katie Price announced the end of her third marriage on Twitter – accusing her husband of having an affair with her best friend.
The former glamour model, better known as Jordan, told almost two million followers that part-time stripper Kieran Hayler, with whom she has one child and is expecting another, had been having a ‘full blown sexual affair’ with Jane Pountney.
But the husband of Miss Price's 'best friend' has tonight denied his wife had a seven month affair with the star's husband.
Businessman Derrick Pountney, 51, said tears had been shed at his home today during crisis talks over the feud between Katie, his wife of 11 years Jane, and Katie's third husband Kieran.
Derrick said the row, which Katie launched on Twitter, had been a 'storm in a teacup' but could not say if either marriage would survive. A source close to Miss Price has tonight told The Sun that the glamour model had suspected 'for weeks' that something was 'going on'.

This afternoon Miss Price and Mr Hayle arrived at the home Mrs Pountney shares with her husband in Sussex, for a showdown. Mr Hayler walked separately to his wife with his head down and his hands in his pockets - he was let in to the large home by Mrs Pountney's husband Derrick

Derrick, who has a daughter and son with Jane, said: 'We are good friends of Katie and Kieran's and have been good friends of Katie for a good 20 years.
'A lot of this drama has been a storm in a teacup and there's a lot of misunderstandings to sort out.'
She said she had ‘caught them’ and branded Mrs Pountney a ‘wh*re’, ‘sl*t’ and ‘home-wrecker’, while describing Hayler as a ‘disgusting human being’.
Mrs Pountney, 49, has been one of Miss Price’s closest friends for almost two decades and was a bridesmaid when the 35-year-old married Hayler, 27, little more than a year ago. She was pictured with the couple and her own husband Derrick, 52, after the lavish ceremony in the Bahamas.
But it seems that friendship is over, with Miss Price writing on Twitter: ‘Sorry to say me and Kieran are divorcing. Him and my best friend Jane Pountney been having a full blown sexual affair for seven months.’
Miss Price, who is six months pregnant, has an eight-month-old son, Jett, with Hayler. The couple got engaged within weeks of meeting and married in January last year.
Mr Pountney added: 'Jane and Katie have had a good old chat here this afternoon.
'Will she and Kieran break up, or could they get back together? I don't really know.
'As for Jane and I working things out... again, I don't know.
'This 'affair' has not really happened like it has been portrayed. I've known about it for about four weeks myself. All four of us are good friends, but things between Kieran and Jane just went a bit far.

Sam Faiers says she’ll never diet again’ after falling ill with Crohn's Disease

After dropping to a tiny size 4 and weighing less than seven stone earlier this year, Sam Faiers says the pressure she placed on herself regarding her weight has now been put into perspective.

The former Only Way is Essex regular, who was later diagnosed with digestive condition Crohn's Disease, admits she felt far from sexy before bringing her weight back up.

Speaking to Now magazine this week, the 23-year-old commented: 'I'm naturally quite a curvy girl, so before CBB I trained really hard because I was desperate to go from a size 10 to an 8.
