
Detectives investigating the disappearance of a nurse a week ago have discovered a body.
Rui
Li, 44, was last seen leaving Poole Hospital in Dorset, last Friday and
was reported missing to police by her family four days later.
The
body, which police 'strongly believe' to be that of the nurse, was
discovered in the boot of a silver Fiat Punto in Bournemouth, Dorset.
On
Wednesday, police arrested a 60-year-old Bournemouth man on suspicion
of murder and he remains in custody after detectives were granted
further time to question him.
A 26-year-old Bournemouth man, who is also known to Ms Li, has also been arrested on suspicion of murdering the nurse.
Forensic experts have examined three addresses at Burnham Drive, Wolverton Road and St Clement’s Road, all in Boscombe, Dorset.
