Kate was sentenced to in-patient rehab and ordered to pay $15,000 on March 18 following her DUI arrest.
Upon her release, Major - born Kathryn - will be outfitted with an ankle monitor tracking device.
She was already on probation from pleading guilty to battery following a 2012 fight with two neighbors in a car-park.
Kate and Michael - who've been engaged since 2010 - raise their 15-month-old son Landon in Boca Raton.

'I will stand by her through the whole thing, especially for the sake of our son,' the 54-year-old father of Lindsay told the New York Daily News back in March.
'I just want her to get better, and I wish her the best.'
The turbulent Celebrity Rehab couple had been fighting the night of Major's arrest.

In February, Kate tweeted that Lohan brandished a knife while threatening to take their son away.
And in 2011, the father-of-six was arrested in Tampa following yet another domestic violence incident with Kate.
Meanwhile,
Michael's own list of convictions include contempt of court, violating
probation, assault, DUI, domestic violence, and violating a restraining
order.
